At Katy Pool Techs our biggest concern is the safety of our clients, employees and vendors. We are monitoring everything going on with the COVID-19 outbreak and want you to know we are here for you. It is important as a pool owner to keep your pool up and going and sanitized during these times. As a pool repair company, we have been labeled an essential service to assist you in keeping your pools up and running and safe for your whole family.
ACCORDING TO THE CDC, THE COVID-19 VIRUS CANNOT SURVIVE IN PROPERLY TREATED POOL AND HOT TUB WATER. KATY POOL TECHS IS CONSIDERED AN ESSENTIAL BUSINESS
TO KEEP YOUR POOL SAFE AND OPERATIONAL IS OUR GOAL,
WE WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS AND HERE TO KEEP YOU SAFE.
We are following the CDC guidelines and will be doing the following:
*Washing our hands with soap and water and using hand sanitizer.
*Keeping a safe distance between us and you the client.
*Avoid any personal contact, no shaking hands.
*Regularly cleaning anything we come in contact with: our trucks, supplies, tools etc.
*If any of our staff feels ill – they will stay home and follow CDC guidelines as to when they can return.
We know that these are uncertain times and things are constantly updating and changing. It is our goal to keep up to speed with what is happening to make sure our clients have safe, properly running equipment and clean pools that you can enjoy.
